Samsung still has one more Galaxy S25 model planned for release; called the Galaxy S25 Edge, the phone's highlight will be its slim design. There have been several leaks relating to the upcoming phone, and more will keep pouring in until its eventual launch. The latest leak is a hands-on video of the Galaxy S25 Edge, giving us what is practically our best look at the phone. The video also reveals some key specifications of the device.
The Galaxy S25 Edge hands-on video was posted on YouTube by Alexis Garza (@technologiaconalexis), and it shows the YouTuber comparing the phone to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 which is currently available on Amazon for $1,379.97. The video shows the Galaxy S25 Edge's thickness is roughly the same thickness as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 when unfolded, although the latter appears to be a fraction of a millimeter thinner. The Galaxy Z Fold 6 has a thickness of 5.6mm in its unfolded state.
The YouTube Shorts video also shows the phone's protruding rear camera island which houses two cameras, the flat frame, and the flat display with a centered punch hole for the front-facing camera. The video also shows the phone running the popular app, AIDA64, which reveals some key technical details.
For starters, the Galaxy S25 Edge in the vide has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There will likely be other configurations available at launch. The Galaxy S25 Edge also has a 12MP front-facing camera and dual 12MP rear cameras. This is surprising considering a previous report said the Galaxy S25 Edge will have a 200MP primary rear camera.
Other confirmed specifications from the video are support for Bluetooth 5.4, a 4,000mAh battery capacity, a Qualcomm QSF4008 ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor.
