Xiaomi is gearing up to launch its new camera flagship, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. This Snapdragon 8 Elite phone is set to be fully unveiled at MWC 2025. A week ahead of the launch, a new leak has showcased the camera kit that will be available for this upcoming Leica flagship.
The leaked renders, which come from leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore, claim that this new camera kit will be called "Photography Kit Legend Edition." Compared to the previous kits, the renders suggest that this new kit will have extra buttons, but it's not clear yet what the additional buttons will be for.
Sudhanshu Ambhore has also shared the possible pre-order bundle deal for the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. Per the leak, the global variant of the new Leica camera flagship will be paired with the Xiaomi Watch S4, which was Xiaomi's take on offering a premium smartwatch at an affordable price point (44 mm Galaxy Watch 6 curr. $169.99 on Amazon).
Alongside the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, the company will debut the Xiaomi 15 to the global market, but just like the last lineup, it seems that the Pro variant is staying China exclusive. Speaking of which, Sudhanshu shares that the global variant of the standard model will be seeing a battery downgrade.
To be specific, the global Xiaomi 15 will reportedly feature a 5,240 mAh battery instead of 5,400 mAh. It's not clear whether the charging speed will remain the same as the Chinese variant, which can charge at 50 W wirelessly and 90 W in wired mode.
